Dark Clouds
A Poem by Me

The storm blows in
Never ceasint to stop,
The drenching rain
Continues the downpour.
It rains,
And rains,
Never showing signs
Of letting up.
No one sees
The rain is there
Where I can feel it
It is the rain
That has followed
Through my life
For the past
Six months.

My life has a dark cloud
Following me around
Never wanting to
Leave my side.
Send the rain
Away
And bring the sunshine
Back
Into my life
Please.
I am tired
Of the darkness
And will happpily
Welcome the sunshine
Back into my life.

So please
Someone please help
Bring the sunshine
Back into my life
Please.

Open Diary

I really need to figure out how to transfer my entire Open Diary diary over to here. I only go over there for like one diarist who is here. Well, I read like 2 or 3 others but haven't kept up with them as well as I have that one person who is on here. So, me thinks as soon as I figure out how to transfer all of my OD diary to here, I'll leave OD. I have Livejournal as well but I will never leave that site.

College

I have enrolled in college for next semester.  I am taking two classes.  I am doing this to prepare to going back to school full time.  I have enrolled in Quachita Technical College and am taking World History through the 16th century and Arkansas History which is online. Taking two classes for 6 credits total so that I can put all my current student loans on deferment and catch up on my credit card debt.  Also, while I go to class at OTC, I will be taking the GRE and applying to grad school at UALR where I hope to get my masters in liberal studies with a concentration in history. I eventually want to teach college. Let's see if I'll actually achieve my goals or if they will change once again. Time will tell.

Okay, this is my first post here. Really starting this blog because I have friends who are here and not on livejournal. My livejournal is friends only, but you can find it here: http://eure-maum.livejournal.com/profile if you really want to look at deep on goings.

I am just your basic gal who is living life. I graduated with a Bachelor's of Arts in 2005 and am still floundering around in life, not even doing a job in the field that I got my degree in. Possibly going back to school. I don't know.
